Location

Hotel Louis *** is situated in Ciampino, which belongs to the suburban areas of Rome. This district is close to main road of Circonvallazione Meridionale. The town was named after the archeologist and scientist Giovanni Giustino Ciampini, who lived there in the 1600s. Lake Albano lies in the vicinity of Ciampino, where the Pope also has a villa. Ciampino Airport, which handles civilian, commercial and military flights as well, is about 2.5 kilometres away from the hotel, while Ciampino Train Station is about 700 metres far. The center of Rome can be reached in about 15-20 minutes by car, getting to Termini Train Station by train takes about 15 minutes.
